It's important for accuracy that we can copy and paste from the date of birth field which we can no longer do since the new updated was released. Can you please change this back?
We have noticed that under the recent records, it will list the Leads, Policies, Agents, Carrier, and Groups but the Individual records do not appear there.
I entered my calendly link in AB and saved. Went in another account under my agency and noticed that all agents need to have the same link. Can this be fixed so all my agents can insert a link for themself?

Assign phone conversations from the unassigned category
When listening to the unassigned phone conversations it would be helpful to be able to assign the conversation in a similar way we do emails when not associated with a group, instead of downloading and uploading.
