In Radius, when we sent an email, the client could reply to it. That was a really nice feature that doesn't appear to have been included.

Emails appear to go to the Notes section as they did with Radius. As with Radius, the full email is visible. It would be great to be able to collapse excessively long notes such as emails. It can take a really long time to sort through this to fin...

This is not significant but the font size for fields with a drop-down menu is quite a bit smaller and harder to read than the other fields.

Calendar events when viewed on the calendar tab, if they could be moved to a different day (keeping the time and rest of data that was set) by simply clicking and dragging to another day in the calendar.

If you attached ID cards, group documents, SOB's, or general notes you may want to share with client or your admin. Have the option to email/text next to that saved note

When quoting, it would be beneficial to send those SOB's all together then sending in a different email.

When creating activities and seeting due dates with times it would be nice to have a reminder email or text of the activity when it is due.
