Update User Settings via User Groups

As part of some feedback for the devs, if it is possible to assign user groups so that we can update user settings en masse sometime in the future that would be ideal!

We have a good deal of 1099 agents and as we add new lead sources/lists it will become tedious very quickly to individually reassign permissions to each agent.
