Lead Form

In the assign agent field: The drop down list is all users active and inactive. My first thought is it would be nice if only active users showed. More specific if we could just have the Sales Agents show that would be best. Maybe filtered based on the type of user?

Drop down lists: When you tab to it these fields you have to use the drop down, it would be nice to have it where you tab from the previous field to that field- start typing F for example in the gender drop down, Female will prefill, hit enter and it selects it. When filling in forms while clients are on the phone- my staff try's to only use the keyboard to make things faster, so we tab and type, it slows us down to stop and use the drop down.
