when adding new plan info in lead card then converting lead info gets misplaced

Today I entered the new plan info into a medicare renewal lead in the lead center. Once it was converted back to an individual the policy info does not show up anywhere except in notes to tel me a new policy was written by the carriers name.


It would be great if the info we entered showed up in the policy tab as a new policy.
