Outgoing calls not showing as default caller ID number
When setting up my call number, I entered my current office number to be the default number when dialing out. in a test call, it shows the actual number not the caller ID
Make sure you do not have an area code designation on the default number. The area code designation will override the Active Caller ID if dialing a number in that area code.
